Pelican Point Condominiums consists of 131 units within three four-story buildings.

These condominiums are located on the banks of the Indian River directly across from a majority of NASA's launch pads.

With a heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, a seawall to fish or watch the dolphins from, a clubhouse with many social activities, and a new mall, Titus Landing just across the street, Pelican Point is a very desirable place to live!

The 2022 maintenance fee is $320.00 per unit per month. This includes 2 cable set top boxes with over 100 channels, 100 mgbs of internet service with wifi, water, sewer, trash, exterior building insurance, and fully-funded reserve savings to cover upcoming repairs and replacements. This is a very healthy association.

Laundry facilities are on-site. Two washers and two dryers are on each floor, near the elevator. These appliances may not be installed inside individual units. Each unit has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with most units having a view of the water.
