Whitley Bay is a 13 story, luxury high-rise building located in Cocoa, Florida on the banks of the Indian River. Views from the front walkways are of historic Cocoa Village and southward down the river where sailboats are moored and breathtaking sunrises can be experienced daily.

 

The rear balconies of most of the 64 units also look out onto the Indian River and the marina below where manatee, dolphin and other Florida marine life and waterfowl are regularly spotted.

 

Access to the two elevators is gained by entering through the large, tastefully decorated lobby.

 

Amenities include a swimming pool and spa, with the pool deck and spa area reached by crossing a footbridge. A beautiful clubhouse is appointed with a large flat screen TV and sound system, along with comfortable seating and a full kitchen. Many social functions are held here. Also on site is a well-furnished weight room with many fitness machines and a full view out the windows of Cocoa Village.

As of 2019, utilities included at Whitley Bay are water, sewer, hot water, and a contract with Spectrum to provide each unit with phone service, 300mgbs of Internet service, and digital cable, which includes 2 cable boxes.

There are two floors of open but covered parking as well as individual enclosed garages.

Just a block away is quaint Cocoa Village where you will find fine dining, live musical entertainment, an assortment of shops, quarterly art festivals, live theatre at the Cocoa Village playhouse and more. You can enjoy a peaceful walk around the Riverfront Park or take a tour of the historic, antique-filled Porcher House where weddings and other festivities are found.

Monthly fees are $699 per suite.
